OilsANew is a nonprofit organization founded by four high schoolers from Texas with a shared passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship. Our mission is to reduce waste and promote a cleaner environment by recycling used cooking oil into beautiful, handcrafted candles.
It all started as a school project when we discovered the detrimental effects of improperly disposed cooking oil on our environment. Inspired to make a difference, we combined our skills and creativity to develop a process that transforms used cooking oil into high-quality, eco-friendly candles. Today, OilsANew not only helps to reduce waste but also spreads awareness about the importance of recycling and sustainable living.
